Cary A Kochman is a managing director and member of the UBS America Investment Banking Executive Committee and also serves as the co-head of the Investment Banking Department’s Chicago office and Midwest region. Cary Kochman UBS specializes in divestitures, mergers, acquisitions, and corporate takeovers. Cary A Kochman is also considered an expert in cross-border mergers and acquisitions and because of this expertise; Cary Kochman UBS is a highly respected speaker and panelist for global business movements with recent engagements that include speaking at Northwestern University’s Merger Week as well as the International Institute for the Study of Cross-Border Investment and M&A (XBMA). XBMA is a joint venture between the Guanghua School of Management at Peking University, the Stern School of Business at New York University, and Judge Business School at the University of Cambridge.
